Plaitoon is committed to ensuring that users who meet the legal age requirements can use the platform responsibly and safely.

This platform (the Service) provides AI-generated content only to registered users. Accordingly, users must be at least 14 years of age to access and interact with the content. By using the platform, users confirm that they meet the minimum age requirement and have the legal authority to access the content.

We implement a number of measures to prevent the registration of users who do not meet the legal age requirements.

We strictly manage the AI-generated content on our platform so that it does not resemble minors or make use of their images. To this end, we apply our own proprietary content moderation filters and fully comply with our Terms of Service and policies.

1. Membership Registration

During the platform's membership registration process, users pass through an initial age verification page designed to restrict access by persons who have not reached the legal age. Before accessing the main content, users must confirm their age.

Users must affirm that they are at least 14 years of age, and this information is used to verify eligibility to access the website.

A clear disclaimer emphasizes that users must be at least 14 years of age to use our Service. Users are notified that providing false information about their age constitutes a violation of the Terms of Service.

Plaitoon assumes no responsibility for inaccurate or false information regarding a user's age. It is the user's own responsibility to comply with local laws and regulations regarding the access to and consumption of content.

2. Content Responsibility

As a user, you are solely responsible for the output generated by AI characters through text messages, voice messages, images, and videos. AI characters learn and respond based on the user's conversations and selected parameters. You understand and agree that Plaitoon does not control or endorse the content generated by AI characters. Accordingly, you are solely responsible for the AI-generated output and for your own conduct while using the APP.

You must ensure that your interactions with AI characters comply with applicable laws and regulations, our Terms of Service and policies, and in particular our Blocked Content Policy. You must not engage in illegal, unethical, or harmful activities through this platform.

The Blocked Content Policy prohibits content that exploits or endangers minors, child pornography, sexual exploitation, any form of harmful or harassing conduct toward minors, or any attempt to generate AI content that resembles minors or makes use of their images.

3. Content Moderation

Plaitoon places the highest priority on the safety, respect, and integrity of all users. Conversations between users and AI characters are generally treated as confidential; however, we apply content moderation filters based on our proprietary LLM technology to ensure compliance with our Terms of Service and policies, in particular the Blocked Content Policy. If the moderation filter detects content that violates the Terms of Service, we reserve the right to manually review the flagged content and take appropriate action. This may include termination of the user's account. This measure is intended to provide a respectful and safe environment for all users. We strive to balance privacy with community standards, and we thank you for complying with our guidelines.

4. Content Removal

We will, at our sole discretion, immediately remove any user content that we determine to be in violation of these provisions.

5. Restriction of Juvenile Access to Harmful Information and Management Measures

The Company establishes and applies technical filtering measures for harmful content throughout every Service journey and across the various features of Plaitoon so that juveniles are not exposed to information harmful to juveniles without any restrictive safeguards, and takes preventive measures to ensure that information harmful to juveniles is not exposed.

6. Prompt Handling of Complaints and Reports

The Company assigns dedicated personnel to handle inquiries regarding information harmful to juveniles and to manage technical responses, so as to prevent harm from occurring or spreading. Users may make inquiries by email by referring to the section "7. Contact Information for the Juvenile Protection Department" specified below.
