• Respect for each other: Please refrain from excessive modification requests or pressure on creators' work that may cause psychological burden.

2. Understanding AI Language Model Characteristics

Due to the technical characteristics of the generative AI model applied to the service, unintended responses may occasionally occur. Please understand that this is not a creator's configuration error or a simple platform bug, but a limitation of the current AI model itself, where immediate individual corrections may not be possible.

3. Search Before Posting

To facilitate smooth information sharing and prevent duplicate questions, we recommend checking the [Info] tab at the top or using the [Search] function before posting. This will help you find already-resolved useful information more quickly.

4. No Mentioning or Promoting Other Platforms

The Plaitoon community is a dedicated communication space for our service users. Posts that directly mention, compare, or promote other AI platforms and similar services that may cause confusion may be removed by the administrators.

5. Bug Reports & Inappropriate Content Reports

• System inquiries: Payment issues, bugs, and error reports are difficult to address through community posts. For fast and accurate handling, please submit a 1:1 inquiry through the [Customer Center] within the platform.
• Report submissions: If you find inappropriate posts or comments that violate our guidelines, including profanity, adult content, or hate speech, please report through the Customer Center rather than responding directly on the board.
