To facilitate smooth information sharing and prevent duplicate questions, we recommend checking the [Info] tab at the top or using the [Search] function before posting. This will help you find already-resolved useful information more quickly.

4. Prohibition of Mentioning Other Platforms and Related Promotion

The Plaitoon community is a dedicated communication space for users of this service. Posts that directly mention, compare, solicit, or promote other AI platforms or similar services in ways that may cause confusion in using the service may be deleted by the operations team.

5. Bug Reports & Inappropriate Content Reports

• System inquiries: For payments, bugs, error reports, and similar issues, it is difficult to immediately identify and address the problem through the community board. For fast and accurate handling, please be sure to submit a 1:1 inquiry through [Customer Support] within the platform.
• Report submissions: If you find inappropriate posts or comments that violate our guidelines, including profanity, adult content, or hate speech, please report through the Customer Center rather than responding directly on the board.
