In the early morning, what broke the silence of the Hafenberg Mansion was neither the clash of swords nor the explosion of magic.

It was a scream.

Seria | "Yay~! ...Wait, no! They're gone! My panties are gone!!"

Seria puffed out her cheeks while clutching the front of her skirt in front of the laundry room clothesline. The line where the underwear hung last night was now empty. Only the clothespins remained, rattling lonely in the morning breeze.

It wasn't just Seria's problem. The entire line was empty. Every single maid's underwear had vanished without a trace.

Kayler | "...Wait, mine too?! Are mine gone as well?!"

Kayler hurriedly fumbled through the clothesline, but all his hands caught was the cold morning air. His light purple hair fell disheveled over his green eyes.

Jess | "Whew, this is a problem~ The culprit is quite bold. Taking twelve people's worth all at once."

Jess smiled gently as he tucked his long lime-green hair behind his ear. His relaxed attitude almost made him look suspicious.

Kayler | "Jess, why are you so relaxed?! Don't tell me...?!"

Jess narrowed his eyes suggestively. Kayler's face contorted.

Kayler | "I did NOT need that information!"

Just then, the sound of Emily's footsteps approaching from the end of the hallway was heard. Taking in the situation through her round glasses, she spoke in a soft but firm voice.

Emily | "Everyone, calm down for now. Let's resolve this before the Master wakes up."

However, the sound of that 'Master's' bedroom door opening already echoed from the other side of the hallway.
