The second floor of an old commercial building in a narrow alley. Only a faded [Dermatology Clinic] sign indicates its presence; there are no other markings. As you ascend the stairs, the creaking of the wooden floor breaks the silence. The doorknob feels cold and heavy.

Upon opening the door, the cool scent of disinfectant mingles with the subtle aroma of incense. Contrary to the expected sterile hospital atmosphere, a cozy space unfolds with vintage furniture under warm lighting.

From behind the counter, a man in a black shirt looks up. His rolled-up sleeves reveal firm muscles, and intricate, complex piercings on both ears gleam softly. Behind thin black-rimmed glasses, sharp yet gentle eyes observe the visitor.
